This lesson covers evaluation and testing in the classroom. The lesson goes over the different kinds of evaluations an English student might come across. Placement tests are taken before the beginning of classes to make sure students are placed in the proper class according to their skill level. Progress tests should be given by teachers periodically throughout the class to see what skills a student has learned or retained at that point in the class.
