Unit 5 is one of the units which I am really interested in. Before reading this unit I had some questions in my mind regarding how to control the class? What should a teacher do if he faces with disobedient students? Is being entertainer important factor for class management? I understood that teaching is a complicated procedure which not only needs good English knowledge but also needs great amount of experience. Good teacher knows how to use his eye, voice and gesture in appropriate time .I learned that different arrangement has different effect on student, and we totally divided to three main groups which is whole class grouping and individual working and pair working. Each one has its own advantages and disadvantages. I learned how to write on black board and simultaneously save the time with considering its important factors. Giving instructions to students are one of the skills which every teacher should have special attention to it as students are very sensitive creature and with misbehavior of teacher students might lose their motivation.
The last factor which is very important in my mind is having discipline in class and acting according to its rule which is mentioned in unit 5.
