This unit addressed an interesting component of language, pronunciation, and subtle parts of language like intonation. In many languages, intonation Is the only thing that determines meaning and of course in the English language, intonation can also completely change the meaning of a phrase or sentence. It was very interesting to learn more about our body and how these subtleties of language are produced, how they are thought about, and how they show up in the English language.
