Unit 10 is the practical lesson of the course where we find two videos of demonstrating an ESA class and comparing some significant differences between both of them.These two video lessons varies in almost every areas of teaching ideas,such as entering the classroom and and engaging with students by a teacher,the teachers attitude and gestures,students reaction,teacher and students interaction,building rapport,study,activation etc,.Suppose,in the first video,the teacher failed to engage students with the concept,failed to drilling pronunciations or monitor upon individual students,low activity of gestures,unable to encourage students questioning and felt no necessity to answer as well etc.But in the second video,we can see,the same teacher introduced himself and knew every students name after entering the class and thus able to buld rapport,gave basic concepts in the Engage phase,elicitate and drilling again and again to explore and each students weaknesses,smiley gestures to make them free and friendly with him,and activation with both teacher-students(T-S) and students-students(S-S) interaction.As a result,the students participations were more effective in the second lesson than the first.The main aim of these two videos were to discover teachers weaknesses and faults,and how to overcome these activities for a successful class.
