A good refresher on what a good teacher and a good learner is most welcoming for me. These are things I think reflecting on would help to guide the teacher to know what is generally makes a good teacher aside his very own and expectations to have of learners that are also considered good. Identifying bad learners could go a long way to find ways and means to help motivate them to like what they are learning, otherwise their sponsors.
