This unit talks about two main parts in a class, the tacher and the learner.
Firstly, According to the qualities that a good teacher usually have, the conclusion is that a good teacher should cares more about the learning of the students.And at the different stages of teaching,the teacher plays different roles.
Secondly, for the successful learner, there are some common chracteristics.However, different learners have different age, learning experience, motivation, nervouness, etc, so the teacher has the reponsibility to encourage different students using different ways.
Finally, we can see that the relationship between the teacher and the learner is complex. What I learnt is that as a good teacher, you need to make your class attractive , at the same time, care about your learners more.
