First and foremost, studying this unit was very valuable not only to reinforce detailes about present tense and its aspects that I may have forgotten, but also to realized that a keep a very acceptable level of proficiency that boosts my confidence. Based on my teaching experience, I firmly believe it is always better to start teaching or exposing learners to present simple by connecting it to their daily routine or elements they feel identified with, since if they were asked to think about other elements they would have to think about them and the proper usage of the tense; on the contrary, by being asked to talk about personal information, the learners would only have to deal with thinking about the tense, emerging the other information (their daily routine or hobbies) in a very spontaneous manner.
