I've learned to identify the large number of considerations to take into account when planning for a class lesson. Writing down what I plan to do first aids in my recall and secondly is there to remind me during the lesson if I need to "get back on track." I can see that estimating time for each E, S and A phase is going to be difficult. As an inexperienced teacher, I'm going to be conservative and allow a lot of time for each phase, knowing that I have a supplemental segment to add if I need it!
