This is a rather manageable unit as compared to the previous two. Even though the contents are simple, it is the first time I am introduced to the present tense terms such as "present simple". "present continuous", "present perfect" and "present perfect continuous etc. Hence I think these proper way of addressing these terms have been very useful to me. In additionally, I like how the usages are clearly written down in each section. Even though I have been using these tenses correctly, I did not know that the usages can be so clearly classified such as "describing past actions with present results" for present perfect tense etc.
