While slogging through many different and questioned approaches to teaching, I debated whether learning methods I would not be using was worth the effort! The Task Sheet brought me face-to-face with the need to select from among the nearly innumerable techniques available--as I would be in planning my own lessons. As I have a history of performing at a higher level when I understand the rationale for a structure, I found I was equipped to correlate techniques with methods.
