This unit gives practical ideas and information to troubleshoot issues that we might encounter in practicing teaching English. It provided a series of activities to use that are suited for the first lesson, warmers, teaching students that are at different levels, that are part of a large class, that are reluctant, or that they have difficulties with listening texts. As with all the units in this course, the content presented was relevant and useful.
