when we learned English , we should have some skills to support. one: receptive skill contained reading and listening. two:productive skill contained speaking and writing. for the first one. I think reading is a little easier than listening. Because students can read one sentence/ one paragrath for a while and he can think about it. but for listening he has no chance to do that. I know sth. about reading. the reason to read, the ways to read, the different type of text chosed to read, the teachers should choose the text that the students are interested in , which can practise the reading skills . so it is important for the teachers to know his/her student in detail .
