This unit is the most practical/ hands on practice we had until now. It is good to see the applicability of an ESA plan into action. From now on I will always make a lesson plan before my lesson, even if that plan involves tutoring individual students. I think the most difficult part of the plan is to stick with the schedule. I mean it is hard to plan exactly how long each phase might take. On my personal opinion I think the study phase should take longer, to allow more time for adequate teaching. If necessary, the activate phase can be used again at the beginning of the next lesson, if there is not enough time left due to an extended study phase. Overall I feel I learn so much during this course. There are a lot of concepts and new ideas introduced everyday. I understand now why a TEFL course is so necessary for adequate teaching.
