This Unit determines the major difference between teachers and learners. In my opinion, it could be divided in two parts. The first one is about teaching and what qualities the teacher should maintain. The second one is about learners and basic scale of language level. Firstly, a good teacher should be patient, know the subject, motivate students to learn a foreign language, should be able to estimate the results in an appropriate way, should be able to involve to the lesson. Secondly, a good learner is a person who wants to learn, ask questions, listen to the teacher, accept the mistakes without offense.
