I learned the two different attitude of a teacher in a class. The teacher in the first lesson did not establish a good rapport with his students resulting in an uninterested and intimidated learners. I noticed that the learners in the first lesson were confused and hesitant to answer the teacher's questions. They also have less participation in the activate activity because the teacher failed to set a good learning environment for the students and provide a clear instructions on what to do. On the other hand, the teacher in lesson two was very successful in establishing a positive and engaging attitude to the students. He was able to start the class with a good rapport which made the students felt comfortable and cooperative throughout the lesson. I like what the teacher did before he started his lesson. He gave time to get to know the students by introducing themselves. I also like the teacher's idea of calling the students with their first name to really get the students attention and acknowledge them. I can say that the teacher in lesson two has effectively delivered the lesson to the students and achieved his lesson objectives. I learned that indeed, the attitude that the teacher comes into class with will have a profound effect on the success of the lesson.
