Teachers should have an array of qualities to help students to be successful. For example, teachers should show by their teaching style that they love what they do. By demonstrating that, the student will be motivated and learning will be fun and easier to absorb. Good students are the ones that are motivated and, have a desire to learn. Teachers must be aware of the levels that the students are and develop classes accordingly.
