This unit is a clear definition of what we, as teachers, must take into consideration when teaching a class. We have all types of students, with different ambitions and motivations when it comes to learning English. The challenge is to be able to work it out considering their different ages, abilities, cultural background, among others. A good teacher is the one who prepares her/his class based on the types of students s/he has and considers the students' motivations or not motivation at all. Our role as teachers is so great and endless that we can manage our class and involve all those roles that will impact on our students's learning and will definetely make the process more fun, dynamic, and such a great experience for them!
