I found that the unit provided a short but informative introduction to the tense system. It covered how there are twelve tenses in total and described how these tenses functioned within the three categories that included: present simple, present continuous and present perfect. I also found it to be interesting how the lesson gave teaching examples for each section of the unit. For example, the activate stage ideas, where the profession guessing game was rather insightful as it can also provide visual cues for the student to see what the vocabulary pertains to.
