This unit provides an insight into teachers and learners and the relationship between them. The key aspects are outlining what attributes make a good teacher as well as the different roles a teacher might assume in the classroom. The unit also describes the range of learners and the different contributing factors that may influence learning, things such as age and life experience. Finally the unit described the 6 different language levels and the complexities relating to the teacher/student relationship at each level.
