After watching the videos I get to understand more about the ESA process which the teacher uses mostly in the second lesson. The teacher in the first lesson is very fast and uses sophisticated language for the students and thus they don't understand and they also don't participate in the lesson. They also lack the confidence as the teacher reprimands some students in front of the whole class. In the second lesson the teacher is very prepared and gives students time to introduce themselves. He also uses language easily understood by the students thus they wholly participate in this lesson. He conducts the ESA process in a systematic way and captures the students attention throughout the lesson.He calls them by name and gives a chance for each of them to speak in turns and this increases the class confidence level.
