Methods and techniques used are; grammar-translation, audio-lingualism, presentation, practice and production, task based learning, communicative language teaching, community language learning, the silent way, suggestopaedia and the lexical approach. A Boomerang ESA lesson will ensure students are able to use language involved in job interviews. A Patchwork ESA lesson will enable students to use language involved with travelling and holidays. Both of these lessons will incorporate many different activities in each stage. The aim of giving feedback is to encourage self-awareness and improvement. A mistake is a slip of the tongue or the pen whereas, an error is something that the student believes is correct, or they cannot get the answer right. The teacher should correct writing through using codes.
