Unit 13 explains about the importance of pronunciation and phonology in the English language. Phonology deals with three areas: intonation, stress and rhythm. The Units also covers upon some techniques for indicating and teaching these three areas of study. Besides, the Unit provides Phonemic Symbols’ table. It is important to notice that such area as articulation is explained in details in the Unit.
