WOW! I have been a native speaker of English for 42 years. The four present tenses are easy and difficult. I can see how easy it is for a foreigner to make mistakes when speaking. I have spent many years working with individuals from other countries and languages, and I have witnessed their struggles with the English language. This unit has given me a new appreciation for their effort to learn and speak English properly. It was difficult for me to keep the different present tense together and apart so It has encouraged me to practice patience in teaching. I appreciated the stat sheet, especially in coming up with examples for each tense. This exercise was very beneficial.
