In this unit I have learnt about trouble shooting, in other words the form of problem solving the teachers come across in learning English as a language.In the first lesson the teacher come across with new group or existing group.It is emphasized that the teacher should not resort to the the course book on the first lesson. On the first day the teacher must establish the rapport between the students to find out about the students, to find out about the students needs.Find out about the English level of each individual class member. On warmer the teacher should use hangman, pictonary, tongue twisters and memory games. For different levels the teacher must use different materials, same material, different task, and pair stronger students with weaker ones. In larger classes the teacher should use worksheets, pair/group work, choral repetition, appoint group leaders, and use dynamics. For reluctant students the teacher must use plenty of pair work, used control practice, use role play, and use a tape recorder. For difficulties with listening texts the teacher should work with students to help improve their listening skills.
