I enjoyed unit 10. The two video lessons helped me see a great example of the ESA lesson in action and an ineffective lesson in action. I enjoyed comparing the two because it allowed me to see the detriment of not having a positive attitude in the classroom and the difference between being well prepared and in my opinion not well prepared. The first lesson the instructor confused me, which makes me think he didn't have the lesson sorted out well enough before hand. The second lesson the instructor did a great job of encouraging the students, making them feel comfortable and creating an environment conducive to learning.
