This unit explained the importance of eye contact and gestures in providing clear instruction and communication with the class. It also gave an overview of various seating and group arrangements, and the pros and cons of each. For example, orderly rows is often the only practical choice for large classes but the teacher can be in too dominant of a position. Finally, this unit gave advice on maintaining order and dealing with problem behavior in the class.
