This unit gave me a clear idea of what students have to know on different stages of learning English and how a teacher has to motivate and inspire them during the process. I realised that I have to be more attentive to details in organising class work and spend more time to prepare an effective lesson. I have to learn how to combine abilities of prompter, manager, assessor and facilitator (and other obviously) to make my lesson interesting and effective for the students. It is good to be there to guide them but it is not good to possess the class and overtake their chance to learn something new. So, in conclusion, I would like to say that first unit made a structure in my head that from now on I'll keep in mind.
