In this Unit I learnt that we have to find our own style of teaching and how to be flexible and changing the role according to the activity and situation. Eyes contact, body gestures and voice are very important during teaching process. I think that contacts (eyes, gestures and voice) with the student should be very clearly, understandable and suggestive to them and in the same time very effective and useful. We need keep they attention on high level as long as possible. Grouping students and classroom arrangements is also important because teacher have to decide how to organize them during some activities (to seat in small groups or independently) and have a feeling what is the best way to mix them into pairs or according some other abilities (personalities, independence, etc.). Lesson presentation should be very active for students and teachers should use different ways of teaching (projector, writing on board, vocabulary cards, etc.). The teacher should be dedicated to each student equally in any activity. When we give them instructions we need to use simple language and always demonstrate them what they should do. Teacher also have to be positive in everything what he/her does.
