Teaching different type of classes request different teaching skills or different approach to the students (depends on their age, language level, etc.). Teaching beginners is one of the most rewarding and enjoyable aspect of teaching, because teachers start to create student’s knowledge from the beginning. There are a lot of techniques and methods how to learn beginners, for example giving them clear and simple instructions, being visual as possible, use choral repetition, revise constantly, etc. Teachers always should encourage and motivate students during learning process. Teaching individual students has a number of advantages, such as less formal lessons, highly motivated students, teacher is often more partner to student, etc. Teacher also can be more dedicated to the student and use variety of activities and technics depend of student abilities (short stories, horoscopes, quizzes, idioms, discussions about some topics, etc.). From an early age, children first learn language from their parents only by listening and repeating single words. Patient repetition, frequently praise and positive encouragement are essential part of the language growth process. In the classroom we need pleasant and worm learning atmosphere for children and they need frequent changes of activity because they have short attention. Teachers need to adjust their techniques and skills according their ages and language level. Teachers should play simple games with children, give them clear and simple instructions and demonstrations, speak slowly, etc. Business English or English for specific purposes is also one of the big challenge for teachers because of they lack of experience in the field. The age of business learner is between 20 and 50, working time of learners, different language level in the group, etc. are also challenge for teachers. Teachers also should know what they are needs through analysis in a form of written questionnaire. That will help the teachers to make a lesson plan. In multilingual classes, we have students from different parts of the world and that can be advantage because all of them have to speak in English, and in monolingual classes they have same language.
