Unit 5 was exciting becomes for someone just as myself getting into the teaching career path for the first time. It is a reflief when there is an outline of effectively teaching a class room. Learning the different positions for which a teacher can stand and teach from while not becoming to dominating. Learning how to address and administer a classroom while effectively delivering the lesson and making sure it is interesting as to engage every single student. This lesson also teaches how to deal with discipline students by being fair and adhering to the school discipline guidelines. Also from asking advice from fellow co-workers on how they would approach a certain situation. The structure of this unit has really gave me an insight of how I want to manage my classroom and help my student reach their goals by being an effective teacher.
