This unit introduces the differences between placement test, progress test, diagnostic test, and practice test. After learning the differences between them, I am now more confident in choosing and designing different tests for my students in different situations. The introduction of the various external examinations are also very useful because many students, for difference purposes (such as get a place in the university, study overseas, find a job, etc.), will have to take these external exams one day. Then, I will be able to guide them and help them choose the most suitable external examinations that can meet their future plans.
