I enjoyed this unit, as it reminded me of the finer points in teaching (and those I need touching up on). I did however find a few answers subjective. E.g. Lack of discipline can be greatly affected by a low level of English, especially in younger children. Much more so than the influence of a Code of Conduct. I was also uncomfortable with the idea of nationality playing a role in classroom arrangement. I come from a multi-cultural country and we are committed to equality rather than highlighting differences. I understand age and personality types playing an important factor as this depends on maturity levels and strong personalities overpowering weaker ones. But racial differences are a huge concern in so many countries, and through experience, I've found that not labeling a nationality/race allows the student to accept any differences the same why they would personality types.
