In this unit, I learnt about modal verbs, phrasal verbs and the use of passive voice. I found that making distinctions between and understanding the various types of phrasal verbs to be quite difficult and as a result, found myself revisiting this unit quite often during this test. I found that the units explanation of passive voice to be quite useful. I have read about the passive voice in the past but found it quite difficult to understand. Now that I am more aware of passive voice, I will endeavor to rethink my sentences to avoid its unnecessary use.
