This unit is talking about classroom management which shows a teacher must be flexible and change the role according to the activity. I personally use different style specially with kids. In this unit I studied about eye contact,gesture and the voice that you need to change it according to the situation and activity.I learnt different grouping and their advantage and disadvantages. I learnt how can I write on the board without turn my back to the students for a long time or cause me problem. And at the end I studied about problem behavior and how can i react to them.
