This particular unit is about two videos where the first class was badly conducted and the second one was well conducted. What I have learned from the first video is that the students were confused and don't actually know the main theme of what they are been taught. The second video, the teacher began the class well by introducing himself to the students and also knowing all the students' names and make the students feel at home and build better rapport between himself and the students. The students really enjoy the lesson. The teacher also make use of all the necessary ESA elements of teaching to execute the job. This particular unit will really help me to improve my teaching in the classroom.
