First we learned about modals auxiliary verbs. They are used with a verb to describe obligation, possibility, permission, polite requests, advice, absence of obligation, ability etc. Changing the modal auxiliary verb can change the degree expressed; certainty, uncertainty etc. afterward we examines the passive voice, which was, in my opinion the easiest section. Henry was was eaten by a crocodile example made me laugh as I transformed it into the passive form in different tenses . The hardest part, and not the clearest to me, was the difference between defining relative clauses vs non-defining relative clauses. Finally, phrasal verbs divided in 3 category; 1- intransitive 2- intransitive separable and 3 transitive inseparable. I totally agree with the idea that they have to be taught as vocabulary item and the teacher should keep track of the ones used everyday.
