Using warmers at the beginning of every lesson is important as students won't be motivated to tackle hard core lessons at the start of the class.
When teaching different levels, bear in mind to put them in groups or pair work, the teacher can also give them different materials, the teacher must juggle with dividing time and attention to both groups( strong, weak).
Teaching large class is very challenging, make sure to make everyone participate either by giving them worksheets to work on or putting them in groups.
It is important to not use the native language of the student unless it is necessary , always encourage students to express themselves in English and communicate even if it is wrong, the teacher can correct students and praise them for trying.
When a student is reluctant, the teacher does not need to pressure him/her, the student should feel comfortable and encouraged.
For many students, listening to texts might be troublesome, using the right material and pre teaching vocabulary can be a solution.
