I think as a teacher, i should consider the teaching method for the overall, but i still have so many details need to be care about. speaking and writing were both are quite important for learning English. we should get to know the motivate for our students why they want to communicate in a foreign language, and bring their confidence to expose their mistakes, never be afraid of making mistakes no matter in speaking or writing. i think this is the most important quality as a teacher which is encourage our students.
