This unit showed two different video examples of an actual TESOL lesson. The teacher and students were the same, but the attitude of the teacher and the delivery of the information were vastly different in the two videos. As a result, the attitude, participation and apparent understanding of the material by the students were noticeably different. I learned that using names, careful and slow explanations, and a good attitude go a long way in making a good lesson.
