Lesson Planning has a lot of usages. Things that I have learned from this unit is how to apply the ESA methods on the lesson plan and how it should be modelled. I also learned that we should not script the lesson plan to allow flexibility but I think when it comes to structure elicitation we still need to script what we need to say to the students. I also learned that personal aim was meant to be for reflective usage instead of the teacher's aim toward the students learning process.
