From this unit, i learnt the different approach for teaching different groups. For beginners, pair and group is important, give clear instructions, constant revision is needed. For one-to-one lessons, no mixed levels, needs can be clearly defined,they are highly motivated than the beginners. For childeren, lots of repetition is required, frequent praises, speaking slowly is needed too. For business people, language learners need is often in area such as telephoning, introductions, emailing and presentations. I also learnt that multilingual class is a class where students from different countries have English as their common language, while in monolingual class students are of same language and find it difficult with English.
