This unit is incredibly useful because although, as a native English speaker, I use these tenses all the time, I think I am more prepared to explain how they work to an English learner. This was a huge point that was stressed while I was learning Spanish, so it makes sense that I should study how to make these tenses in English. It can be helpful to give example sentences and translations, but it is even more helpful when you can explain the rules behind the translations. This unit helped me identify those rules and usages.
