Classroom management... I've learned the best by experience. It's been more helpful reflecting on the aspects of behaviour management now that I have experience as a classroom teacher. I've had the opportunity to explore the different table arrangements, student groupings, etc. Learning about Rob Plevin's whole brain learning and teaching has been another eye opener in simplifying language, using routines and gestures, etc to engage all learners.
