Good classroom management is essential for a successful, productive class. A class that is able to learn effectively.
This unit illustrates the importance of good classroom management and further expands to show that a good teacher does not have to be an extrovert. A good teacher is concerned that her students are learning. To do this, she needs to give them confidence that they can succeed in learning the English language. (Depending on the age of the student as to how this is done). She organises her class and manages it with a friendly approach and relaxed manner, whilst at the same time maintaining a "firm hand".
