This unit is all about the problematic situations that commonly arise in the ESL classroom and how best to address these. We learnt strategies to deal with new and existing groups, groups of different skills levels, larger classes and reluctant students. This unit also focused on the use of native language, when it is permissible and when it isn't, and those struggling with listening tasks. I found the streamlined activities, included in this unit, very helpful indeed.
