Teacher who is caring, patient and passionate about teaching will be able to create a great, positive, encouraging learning environment for his/her students. By taking different roles in the class and using different methods teacher is able to facilitate the learning process of all students. That involves a lot of things from well controlling the class through organizing students during various activities to encouraging students by providing resources, giving an example or simply by monitoring students work. For students who can't keep pace teacher should give support by tutoring him/her and by trying to engage him more in regular classes. Things that teacher always have to have on his/her mind while preparing for classes are: - the actual language level of a student - age - learning and cultural background - and the mother tongue Having all that in mind teacher must adjust his teaching to meet the needs of his students. Young learners learn better if games and songs are incorporated in classes and that leads to a happy and motivated student. Teenagers usually tend to be more difficult to motivate as they are interested only in the topics to which they can relate. Teacher's role here is critical as he/she must find the best way in which the certain lesson will be presented to this age group. Adult students are usually motivated as they tend to have a goal and clear reason why the want to learn foreign language. They are well familiar with the learning process and it is common that apart from having a lesson they just need support in form of encouragement by pointing out the progress achieved. Good relationship between the teacher and the students must be achieved because without caring environment where the teacher is full of understanding we can't maximize progress of the students.
