In this lesson, I learned the various roles of the teacher. Upon learning those, I realized how fluid one's teaching style is, especially from class to class, and lesson to lesson, one's teaching style can vary each lesson and even each activity. Moreover, I learned that there are many factors that are in consideration for a learner of English. For example, their cultural and educational (if they have one) background, and their previous life experiences. That is especially important for refugee and immigrant learners who come from a tough situation previous to your class.
