This lesson provides an overview of the Present Tenses. More specifically, it first identifies that there are 3 times (past, present, and future). Then it explains that these are separated into simple, continuous, perfect, and perfect continuous. Continuous implies on-going. Perfect relates the past to the present. So Present Perfect Continuous implies it happens now (Present) that something in the past is currently being discussed (Perfect), and that is ongoing (Continuous). This section was a bit hard to get my head around but I found the examples helpful to learn it and the video as well helped to lock in the concepts.
