This content covers the different teaching methodologies that have been developed over the years. It highlights the strengths and weaknesses of each. It then focuses on the ESA (Engage Study Activate) Approach and goes into depth what each means, how to employ them, and examples for each. I find this to be a great way to learn and understanding different approaches allows us to pull on different approaches utilizing their strengths when suitable. It also gives a basic approach to get started and how to take it to a more advanced level, which is great for new teachers who need to quickly establish effective lesson plans.
