This unit talks much about managing and organizing the classroom. I learnt about the skills needed to manage, organize and control the classroom such as been prepared as a teacher, making classroom attractive, setting classroom regulations,been an enthusiastic about the lessons,been fair with the students,keeping good students records,etc. I also learnt to always keep a smiling face as a means of creating rapport between me and my students.
